Update: 10/2019 Go to the store and never online. The website has so many glitches it isn’t funny. Although my address showed as updated, my order was sent to the wrong address. I got a replacement order sent out. I had the wrong sizes, when I tried to replace them after speaking with an associate, I was sent the wrong shoes and because they have no exchange policy, I had to pay for the order twice. It took four tries to get my delivery and order correct. It’s been weeks and even as a Torrid loyalist, and after 4 calls, I still have not received my refund from the original order so essentially, I have paid twice for the same order. It’s so frustrating I really don’t even want to spend my torrid cash because the online service is so horrible.
