UNIQLO State Street - Shop IL (Near Chicago)

5 /5 Sergio Gaona: I had such a great experience at UNIQLO! The employees were so nice and actually so helpful. It was raining the day I visited, and they greeted me with a bag to put my wet umbrella in!! Not only that, the store itself was so clean and organized and didn’t feel hesitant to ask any questions. I think I am going to shop for all of my clothes at this store now…

5 /5 Ami Wchi: Thanks Christian for working with me. He imprinted me with a friendly smile when I walked in and personally assisted me for some petite wide leg pants for surgery. He listened, has compassion and knowledge of products including materials. He lead me to exact where things are and gave me alt-choices. He helped with styles and found exact size. I did have a great experience with him I bought more pants and cashmere top for the set. I was in-out fast and done. He is a valuable classic staffs for the company. I would highly recommend anyone to see him. :) A staff at the check out helped me with new account but he’s also very busy with other customers. I paid, folded clothes + put in the bag myself while there are 2 staffs at bagging just stood around and watched. I felt a little helping hands would not make it like yourself grocery checkout at Target or Jewels.

I met someone who worked there named Issabella and she went the extra mile to help me with any questions, very great and friendly customer service. Also the clothes are so good, and while they’re not the cheapest option, they’re far from the most expensive with the quality they bring to the table. Highly recommend!

4 /5 chintot: I like the classic timeless styles however there is not a breadth of sizes available. Even XL is rare. But the quality and material is first class.
