James Homa I wanted to do what I thought was a simple exchange. That now has to be done at the checkout lines. Ugh. Anyway, a couple employees did their best to assist with some Kohls processes, but the Kohls system was not cooperating. Cindy the store manager was called over and did and outstanding job of listening, resolving the issue, being pleasant, and keeping a smile throughout. So I remain a Kohls customer

Mari Chav This was our first time here, I picked several articles of clothing right away, I usually leave a store empty handed, so kudos ! Im very happy with my selections though they do run small, my only complaint is that in some departments it looks like a rummage sale, piles of items, Im not one for digging to find what I want, I probably would have spent more money if it was organized better, but still a good experience

Honest Map Reviews I generally like Kohls. Prices are pretty good for the variety. Lines for Amazon returns can be either short or quite long depending on the day but always convenient and located up front. Kohls cash is nice, but expires. Two critiques - every time you check out they ask if you want to sign up for their credit card, like without fail. Second, is they often dont give you coupons that are advertised unless you ask for them. So just watch the total as you get rung up, and be ready to show online. Otherwise, I love Kohls and Ill definitely be back. Edit: I appreciate the response! I have to update my rating!

CURTIS BETTS I went to the Galesburg Kohl’s and everyone was nice and helpful! Kristin checked me out and was very helpful and gave great customer service and was very knowledgeable about her job and made things easy for me. I found a lot of good things there and the prices were really good. I am pleased with my purchases and will definitely go back again.
