5 /5 Honest Map Reviews: I generally like Kohls. Prices are pretty good for the variety. Lines for Amazon returns can be either short or quite long depending on the day but always convenient and located up front. Kohls cash is nice, but expires. Two critiques - every time you check out they ask if you want to sign up for their credit card, like without fail. Second, is they often dont give you coupons that are advertised unless you ask for them. So just watch the total as you get rung up, and be ready to show online. Otherwise, I love Kohls and Ill definitely be back. Edit: I appreciate the response! I have to update my rating!

3 /5 Jeremy & Jessica Webster: This particular location, like most every Kohls we have been to, is clean. Generally, its well staffed, and the staff is friendly. But the organization of the clothing racks is non-existent. It is awful. Every clearance rack in both the mens and womens department were not sorted by size at all. It was not worth the time and effort to sort through every single piece. Someone needs to invest the time needed to organize those racks, and they need to stay on top of it, please! Hire the folks from Goodwill to help!

1 /5 Kendyl Ferguson: Went twice to this store to return something. The return lines are long everyday with ONE person working the returns. After waiting 25 minutes, the only lady working decides she’s going to keep answering the phone to avoid waiting on the line of at least ten returns. Oh and after that when i thought it was my turn, she decided to go on break so she is standing there waiting on someone else to cover her instead of helping the next guest and waiting for the coverage. Not to mention, the parking lot is still covered in ice and snow!

2 /5 Abigail Barker: Wait times are long, the cashier was snippy and somewhat incompetent when trying to complete a return. Was extremely pushy in regards to signing up for the store card as well. I rejected the offer multiple times and she was extremely persistent to the point where even when walking away she was trying. Overall uncomfortable experience

5 /5 SAM OESTERREICH (Oesfreelancing): ALWAYS have a great deals whether you have a Kohls card or not! I bought my rug from there just last Saturday! I saved $60 some dollars with it already being 30% off plus an extra 15% for using my Kohls card!
