Melissa Newman I have never shopped here but my mom bought me some clothes. I needed to exchange a couple of things so I stopped by and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Kenyatta who works here. This lady was so nice, helpful, courteous and professional. She really set the bar for customer service and she is a huge asset. The store was in immaculate condition and had a very relaxing atmosphere. I will shop here just because she was so fantastic!

Deloris Wilson There were many items on sale. Kristie, the sales lady who assisted me, was so helpful. She shared customers services such as Senior Citizen Discount Day on each Tuesday, cardholders coupons for additional discounts, & how customers receive free shipping on items that are on the Belk.com site, but not in the store. If you can not find your size, color, product, etc. in the store, but it is on the website, it will be shipped free to your home. I enjoyed a great shopping experience.

Nghiem From out of town and found this gem for lunch. Friendly service, fantastic food selection to include daily specials, and cozy atmosphere. Came here 3 times and was never disappointed. Highly recommend stopping here for lunch.

Chasity Williams The Store Manager : She deserve and award for handling that customer on 9/5/2021. The customer came in swearing and demanding what she paid . Charita kept calm and was nice until the lady started cursing her out. She was refunding her stuff but she kept on aging Charita.she was professional never was ugly towards the lady.Long story short she did no wrong the lady stated she was going to call home office and report her, I was in there The store Manger did what she was supposed to do.
