Mrs Bagent Visiting Hibbett’s is like shopping from home, the atmosphere is always welcoming, comfortable, and friendly! In addition, the customer service is exceptional. I get to shop, chat, and get exactly what I’m looking for. The few times the store didn’t have the item I was seeking, they looked into the system to assist me with locating it at another nearby store. You honestly cannot ask for better service! Majority of my collection comes from this franchise!

Trav Hardy Madison is a true gem! Of the 8 years Ive done business with her shes always been kind, supportive, & helpful! Shes very smart and knowledgeable about a lot of things. Ive seen her really show love and care for her customers. If they are stuck on a design or what gift to give to a loved one, she always comes through with the right fashion or gift advice after asking the appropriate questions. You can tell by the displays and the ambience of the store that a lot of care in details are taken into account. If you need help on the latest fashion, jewelry, or other retail advice this store is a place to go!
