Jurisdiction challenged to all, at any and all times.

"A distinction must be here observed between excess of jurisdiction and the clear absence of all jurisdiction over the subject-matter any authority exercised is a usurped authority and for the exercise of such authority, when the want of jurisdiction is known to the judge, no excuse is permissible." Bradley v. Fisher, 13 Wall 335, 351, 352.
Government is established to "PROTECT AND MAINTAIN INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS"
"All political power is inherent in the people, and governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, and are established to protect and maintain individual rights." Washington constitution article 1 §1.
If government does not have the duty to protect then there is no longer any real government, just those acting as, posing as, pretending to be said public servants who are instead being the destroyers of those rights they claim to be there to protect.
