itSme109100 I appreciated the assistance I got from the Sales Rep when my Online Order arrived. I saved S&H by having the Order delivered to the store. I asked if I could try on the pieces, in case something didn’t fit or meet my expectations and I could return items on the spot. I was invited to a Dressing Room which made me feel valued and trusted. Btw … all the items fit and I look GOOD in them! A couple of pieces surprised me with the fit, color, and style. Hint-Hint … the Denim Skirt with appliqués that POP! The stretch material is so comfortable. At 70+ I dressed my age and size and found it all at CATO Online with help at pickup at the store in DeRidder, LA!

Charita kept calm and was nice until the lady started cursing her out. She was refunding her stuff but she kept on aging Charita.she was professional never was ugly towards the lady.Long story short she did no wrong the lady stated she was going to call home office and report her, I was in there The store Manger did what she was supposed to do.
