Jaren Bernard Ive all up and down through the mall with my girlfriend, and when we walked into Francescas we were greeted by Alyssa. And she was so sweet and genuine, she complimented my girlfriends top & asked about. We really felt welcome and throughout our visit my girlfriend actually acknowledged Alyssa by name.

Anthony F They have good pricing & website and even better customer service. Had a shipping issue on my order for new scope right before a hunting trip. Called them since I couldn’t get thru to fedex & Lane made sure to contact regional shipper and when that didn’t work, he eventually shipped a new scope overnight to the place I’d be hunting at to make sure I had it. Wasn’t their fault but they went extra mile to make sure I got it. I’m in sales myself and was extremely impressed. Kudos to them for caring.

Ello Elllo It’s a good store that puts up with a lot of neighborhood bad people they put up with !. All the workers are very sweet and it’s good service throughout the store!!. Food is awesome bathrooms is not dirty or nothing. I absolutely love this place alot❤️. :):):):)
