5 /5 Mike Rinke: Went into the store today to grab a few things for fall. Hadn’t been to a buckle in a while. Was very impressed by the service I received! They did offer their names, but I am horrible with names and forgot. The female associate lead they way helping my find my size in the items I liked. The male associate also chimed in offering a suggestion. All in all, the customer service I received today was top notch. This lead to what was going to be a 100ish dollar trip into a lot more spent than that. Great job Buckle team

2 /5 Roxanne Pollard: Not a great experience. I went looking for a pair of jeans, no one offered to help, when I left the changing room I was asked if I was some in there so she could clean it out (still no help), and went to the register and stood there awkwardly while 3 of the workers talked to each other and didnt acknowledge my presence. I was very underwhelmed and likely wont go back.
