Elizabeth Shaifer Great sales on high-quality winter clothes. Still a good selection in pants, jackets, sweaters, etc, on the sale racks. The sales ladies at Novi Mall 12 Oaks are friendly. The sales lady helped me to get my online discounts for several in store items. I love shopping at Chico, especially the deep discounts on quality made clothes!

Candace Suriano Went to the GAP - they have an amazing collection of linen blends! I found a great dress, unfortunately the one I liked for someone I love, was the wrong size. Jared found it online! THANKS JARED! Later, Armando helped find a suitable pair of trousers. He showed me that the legs were cut large enough for an athlete! THANKS Armando! I returned a too big gorgeous orange sweater. Dayjah, the cashier, told me to just size down. Dayjah is so amazing! I bought a new smaller orange sweater, and a cute top from the clearance section. THANKS Dayjah!

Janae Gray Today I experienced the most disrespectful customer service ever. These jobs are hiring people that can’t even count money or give people their correct change back. Had a nerve to get mad cause I wanted my change . Don’t come to this location.

I often feel shy asking for my size because im bigger but Holly made all my worries disappear! Got me looking great thanks again Holly! I will be back!
