1 /5 Viridian Virgo: Does not have a Gap Kids inside. Novi has a Gap kids! They do offer Gap Baby Very small selection of things. Was disappointed considering the location of this store. I tried the XXS women’s thought maybe would work but it was still too big.

1 /5 Jinju Kim: When I first entered the store, the staff was friendly. She said that if theres something you like, try it on. After trying on two trousers and a shirt, I decided to buy the shirt. When I stood at the checkout counter, the expression on the staffs face was not good. The desire to buy was long gone. I thought it was on sale, but if you buy two, its 50% off. I could have bought pants, but as soon as I saw her expression, I didnt want to buy anything anymore. Did I do something wrong? If so, you should have just told me. I was offended by that expression. I will never go back to that store again.

5 /5 Marie Gilbert: I visited the GAP store and was pleasantly surprised by my experience! The young woman at the cash register, Emily, was so helpful, hard-working, and respectful. Good move hiring her. She made my shopping much easier and I am looking forward to my next visit!

1 /5 Brianna Kohlhoff: The customer service is horrible. I tried to return a pair of jeans slightly past their “strict 30 day policy” and the woman assisting me was very condescending and rude. Refused to give a store credit and said if I didn’t like their policy I should go to a different store, which I will be doing from now on.

5 /5 Candace Suriano: Went to the GAP - they have an amazing collection of linen blends! I found a great dress, unfortunately the one I liked for someone I love, was the wrong size. Jared found it online! THANKS JARED! Later, Armando helped find a suitable pair of trousers. He showed me that the legs were cut large enough for an athlete! THANKS Armando! I returned a too big gorgeous orange sweater. Dayjah, the cashier, told me to just size down. Dayjah is so amazing! I bought a new smaller orange sweater, and a cute top from the clearance section. THANKS Dayjah!
