Amanda GY Bunch This is the only thrift store I will ever go to, because I adore the selection so much & had great luck finding pieces that are in great shape! I always find what I need and then some, and honestly probably 75% of my wardrobe is from here.
But, it is actually impossible to sell clothes here. My mom and I have come in on 4 separate occasions with our laundry baskets of washed, great condition, nicely folded clothes for them to look through, and never once have they accepted a single item from us. We joke whenever we talk about CM that our names are on a "do not buy" list because of how many times entire loads of fantastic clothes are rejected. On one occasion, I included a shirt that I had bought from them 2 weeks prior but took the tag off and couldnt return (it just wasnt flattering on me, nothing at all was wrong with it), and it was still rejected - it was a floral tank top at the start of summer, too. Most of the time I tell the workers Id straight up donate them to CM instead of taking them to Goodwill, to no avail.
I still love Clothes Mentor, I just really wish I could take my clothes here instead of other thrift stores with shady/questionable/downright bad morals.
