5 /5 Sweet Intentions: Dont under estimate this store! This store has VERY nice quality pieces! I was extremely impressed. The prices of everything was reasonable with nice quality. The store is neatly organized, and the staff was very inviting. If youre looking for cute stylish everyday looks, work attire, or something to wear on a date (On the mature level) this is the place for you. I was very pleased with my purchases today and they can count on me as a new customer! I found a cute sweater to pair with my LV scarf.

3 /5 Kaliope Strickland: This was one of my favorite stores. Clean, the girls are very experienced and polite but today, when I showed the damage a top that I bought it had threads coming apart. She said Im sorry, but theres nothing we could do about it. But as I called monday morning management said please bring it in and we will return it. Thats gods grace. Thank you management

1 /5 Carina M: Don’t buy anything you plan on returning here. They must be so desperate for sales that they do not want any clothing coming back into the store. For context I’ve worked in customer service and sales in the past. I had a pair of pants and a shirt that I bought about 65 days ago. I still had the receipt and everything, so I was able to read the return policy on the receipt. It says that any item over 60 days can be returned at store selling prices. So understanding I would only get current sales price I decided to bring my items to the store and see about applying the credit to something else. They told me they couldn’t take the items at all. The ladies were EMBARASSING and extremely rude to me when I said I would take whatever I could get, as a STORE CREDIT, and I fully expected to be buying more things in the store. She acted like my request was obscene and made me feel like I was trying to steal from them. Luckily for them, nobody was in the store to see the way I was being treated because nobody would shop there anymore. Finally after minutes of me trying to get them to understand THEIR own return policy… the sales woman and her manager decided they would scan the clothing. I kid you not, the lady scanned my shirt and said “ZERO,” tossing my shirt to the side. The pants however they would give me $10 for. At this point I said no thanks and left. I will be instead donating the clothing. I would have spent a lot more money at this store if not for their horrible customer service. I understood their policy and was respectful of it. Unfortunately - treating customers respectfully - or at least considerately - isn’t something this store believes in. I chose to leave without taking a store credit because I knew I would just spend more of my hard earned money - which they don’t deserve. Unbelievable. I will not be returning and I hope the customer service of these people makes this Godforsaken store bankrupt.

5 /5 israa alrubaye: I love versona.. I’m a regular customer since it opened in Westland.. it’s a very good quality with good prices during sale .. they are doing mark down every other Sunday.. I recommend it to all my friends cz it’s unique

1 /5 nadia m: Bad experience. Treated rudely by employees. Clothing looks cute but I wont shop there again. Ill go somewhere else where they act like they appreciate your business.
