5 /5 S. Hart: I had the BEST customer service experience with TAYLOR from the Novi store. She went above and beyond to help me find a sweater that was sold out online. She checked the floor, got the SKU number, called around to the nearest location that had it in stock in my size, and extended a hold for me because of the snow storm. Who does that these days?! She was professional and so very nice; again, it was an absolutely exceptional interaction. Bravo Taylor and thank you!!!!! p.s. Taylor, I bought 4 matching sweaters for the mother/daughter’s photoshoot! :)

They were so helpful. Set the dressing room up so cute and checked on me multiple times I will definitely be coming back here to shop. Thank you so much.

4 /5 Marie R: Even when they’re busy they always come up to you and ask if you need any help. It isn’t always when you walk in the door and I personally appreciate that because sometimes I know exactly what I want and don’t want to be rude by turning them down. They don’t invade your space but are always available for help if you need it. My only complaint would be sizing. You absolutely have to try on everything before buying. Depending on the designer brand you might be a medium and in another a small. The same applies to shorts, skirts and dresses. I have a very broad range of sizes from this store and they all fit differently. Their mixture of contemporary and modern is exactly the style I gravitate towards so I am impartial to saying their designs are amazing. Prices are not high but definitely not a cheap place. So, not a place like forever twenty one but more so like Windsor. The dress in the photo was sixty dollars and the overlaying floral garment was twenty five.
