5 /5 Jorge Nunez: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience at the Duluth store in Wixom, Michigan. Lori went above and beyond helping me find the perfect pair of shoes. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I needed. Not only am I extremely happy with my purchase, but Lori also helped me save a lot of money, which made the experience even better. Excellent customer service from start to finish — I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this store!

5 /5 Chloe Beard: Wow wow WOW. I have worked in a customer service focused retail store for 13 years and I am rarely as impressed with an employee as I was with Terry. The moment I stepped inside she was warm and friendly. She seemed EXCITED to help me find what I was looking for, which is such a treat. She skillfully guided me to each style of work pants I was looking for, gave me expert recommendations for my sizing, and checked in on me while I was shopping! Somehow she never felt pushy while I was browsing, just gently gave guidance. It felt like I was going shopping with my big sister or a trusted friend. My cashier "TZD" was lovely as well, and quietly slid me a feedback QR code card with Terrys name when I expressed how helpful and happy everyone seemed. This level of customer service is BEYOND above and beyond. Thank you Terry and the whole Wixom team!

5 /5 Dean Stobinski: Its a really nice place and the employees are great! We had to talk to 3 different employees. Each ine was very helpful. All the clothes there seemed very well made and durable. Lots of cool stuff. We actually went there to return stuff bought online. Buying online from Duluth.... Well it absolutely sucked. I would never ever recommend it. Never. Buying In-store from Duluth? Absolutely awesome. Checking out we ended up ordering every more stuff they did not have in store. The employee was very helpful, patient and had a great attitude. Looking at you Karen. Thank you for being helpful. I would definitely recommend checking the store out and skipping the website.
