H S I absolutely love coming to the Macys here! I unfortunately am terrible at names but there is a fabulous woman at the Prada men’s cologne counter who has now sold me three colognes! She goes above and beyond each time and I am so grateful for her- she is truly exceptional! At Estée Lauder there is another fabulous woman who is so helpful! Today we met Heidi at Clinique, and she is also fabulous at her job! She embraces what it means to be a caring representative and was exceptional! We will definitely be back :)
