S. Hart I had the BEST customer service experience with TAYLOR from the Novi store. She went above and beyond to help me find a sweater that was sold out online. She checked the floor, got the SKU number, called around to the nearest location that had it in stock in my size, and extended a hold for me because of the snow storm. Who does that these days?! She was professional and so very nice; again, it was an absolutely exceptional interaction. Bravo Taylor and thank you!!!!! p.s. Taylor, I bought 4 matching sweaters for the mother/daughter’s photoshoot! :)

Inspired EG I have personally had the opportunity to meet the owner and tour the store. It is a nice quaint boutique, which has clothing, accessories and other items from the United States, Canada and Europe. There was even a dressing room located inside. The owner was nice and provides great interaction and customer service. I would recommend Zoeleice Boutique to anyone searching for unique boutique wear.
