5 /5 topedaddy: This store has been a staple of downtown Kalamazoo for many years now. Ive gone there many times for a variety of shoes. From track shoes in high school, something casual for a vacation or getting some new Asics for a marathon, this store has it all. They take a lot of time to fit you with what youre looking for, the staff is very knowledgeable and is always so helpful. I always look forward to going there and cant wait for the next time.

5 /5 Shasta H-I: We stopped in for shoes that would work with new orthotic braces. We were immediately directed to Kathleen VDB, who was absolutely amazing! In addition to being kind and welcoming, Kathleen was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. I honestly wouldn’t have expected that level of expertise unless I was shopping in a specialty/orthotic shoe store. She took the time to explain the benefits of available stock, as well as the benefits of shopping for a properly fitted and quality of shoe. She made me feel confident and comfortable that I made the absolute best choice for my feet. For quality and confidence in your purchase, I would definitely recommend shopping at Gazelle! Parking can be tricky -if you park in the ramp off South Street, they will validate!

4 /5 Abe: Great running store with good selection, friendly and helpful staff. They can get you in s shoe that is right for your foot/running/walking style! Clean store and nice layout. Four stars because you can get almost everything cheaper online, but why not support a local store that supports the local running community and community at large. Urban Herd running group on Wednesday is highly recommended!

5 /5 Patrick OConnell: I am a novice runner and went in to get a new pair of shoes that were right for me, rather than looking myself to see what "felt right" elsewhere. Cass helped me out. I had my feet scanned, he observed my gait, and very patiently helped me try on a variety of shoes walking and jogging on a treadmill in the store before I made a purchase. The service here is fantastic. I was referred here by a friend, and I would definitely recommend this store to someone else who is looking for great service and assistance.
