1 /5 Stephanie Lewin: I have never written a bad review for a company. I believe people generally do the best they can with the resources they have. However, I’m shocked and disgusted by how this company handled my online order for a very expensive blouse that I never received. The packaging was terrible as it is a satin, silky fragile blouse that was terribly packaged in tissue paper with a sticker. The perforated bag they used came undone during delivery and when I provided photos, and countless emails to even try and help them on their end, even though it is not the responsibility of the customer to do so, I followed every direction possible. They asked me to keep the ripped bag and sent UPS to my house to pick it back up. I had a very important event and they couldn’t even overnight another one. On top of that, I still haven’t revived a refund or confirmation of one and just keep getting a run-around of excuses. Be very careful ordering anything from this company. I will be going further with this.
