5 /5 Chris Shelton: I stopped by the jewelry department at JCPenney and Felicia was the absolute highlight of my visit. She was warm, attentive, and really took the time to help me with what I needed. Her customer service is exactly what you hope for when you walk into a store. On the other hand, the manager, Moe, didn’t come across very pleasant and the energy shifted a bit whenever he was involved. Luckily, Felicia’s professionalism and friendly attitude kept the experience on track. If you’re shopping for jewelry, Felicia is definitely the person you want to work with.

5 /5 Zac Andrade: I had an awesome experience at JCPenney thanks to Felicia in the jewelry department. She was super friendly, patient, she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. If you’re shopping for jewelry, definitely ask for Felicia, can’t say the same for the “manager”. He was very dismissive and even needed help to look up our account. If you ask me, Felicia should be the Manager, cause thanks to her I still gave a 5 star.

1 /5 heroangel20: MANAGER THREW MERCHANDISE AT ME... I Attempted to return defective boots with my fiancé today (they were marketed as waterproof snow boots and the first snow she stepped in seeped right through the toe cap). We dont have a receipt but used their rewards program that is SUPPOSED to also keep digital receipts; of course they conveniently couldnt find the transaction... So we said okay lets look it up by the card we used, we used Google pay but of course their systems are so utterly outdated you cant tap to look up transactions (the manager in question claims its for safety of the customer even though you can do it at Menards for example with no problems). They tried to force us to take half of what we paid on a store credit "out of the goodness of their hearts" I said no, we arent going to be punished for you selling defective merchandise and your systemsbeing outdated! We will either take the full purchase price back on our card or the full purchase price on in-store credit, which is your companys policy. The manager in question ignored what I said, got an attitude with me when I called her out on her own company policy and when I told her this is the reason why your company is going out of business she threw the box of boots at me and stormed off into her office. Im sure you have cameras in the customer service department so any higher level management can easily verify. This woman does not deserve her job and is lucky I didnt want to waste my time filing an assault charge against her. If she would have hit my fiance with the box it would have been a different story! Absolutely piss poor customer service and you just lost an entire family of long time JCP shoppers from your already dwindling customer base.

5 /5 Alyson Leinweber: Don’t sleep on JCPenny! Being an ‘80’s kid, this is where my mom brought me for clothes. Haven’t shopped here much in the last 25 years, but, WOW! They have some nice clothes for my tween boys, and for me! Also nice accessory and small appliance departments, check them out!
