ALBERT DIMERCURIO Service at Laurel Park J.Banks location was excellent, friendly and very professional. I had not been there in years due to their personnel but that has changed. From the time I walked in, to the time I picked up my Tailored close it was it was excellent, this is how all stores should be-customer service!

Katherine OKane Got my rehearsal dinner dress here, and the staff was amazing! Lydia asked what I was shopping for, got me a dressing room setup, and pulled an assortment of dresses as well as shoes. She was just amazing, and with all the wedding planning going on, it felt so nice to have someone with knowledge of the store be so remarkably helpful and insightful with what was available for the occasion. Everyone in the store was very helpful. Thank you! Definitely recommend.

doug pearce I had not been clothes shopping for a very long time because I typically don’t like to. However, shopping at this J. Crew store was awesome. Sierra was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out some great clothes.

dalya wazir I never had an issue with this store until this past week. I’ve been a loyal customer with White House black market for so long so it’s extremely upsetting to have to go through a bad experience. On Monday I went into the twelve oaks location and purchased a few items. They had a deal going on that day which was great. No issue there. I went to pay for my items and I made sure with the cashier (who was very sweet) that I am able to return my items even though there was a sale and she said to me yes it’s fine. now, yesterday Wednesday 8/20. My daughter and I went in to return the items because I didn’t like how the pieces I bought fit me. They didn’t turn out the way I expected so I went in to return. My daughter went inside to do the return with no issue and that’s where our issue happened and everything went downhill. The employee named Yaquta, but they called her “Marvi” was absolutely rude and disgusting to both me and my daughter. She was super rude with my daughter telling her the items I had purchased were “final sale” even though they were not final sale indeed. My daughter called me as I was parking my car to wait and had told me to come inside because Marvi was being rude. I went inside to see what the situation was and Marvi was both rude and disgusting to us both. I tell her I came in Monday and purchased everything and she says sorry we can’t return. Mind you the tags were in perfect shape, my receipt was in the bag AND they were in my account. She continued to argue and say we can’t return the items and was arguing with me back and fourth continuously being rude and aggressive. FOR NO REASON. They threatened to call security on us both even though we had done nothing wrong. We did nothing to hurt her. I will no longer be dealing with this store after this experience after my daughter and I experienced. This store needs to learn how to be nicer to people and how to treat there customers. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting and they need to fix that.

Annex Paredown For many years I have relied on Ann Taylor for attractive, well fitting ‘work clothes’ and have always received good service. Yesterday afternoon, I went to the Briarwood store in a panic with a need to pull together an outfit for an important 6:30pm event and did they ever come through for me! It is so refreshing to get real, person to person help on the floor! As it turned out, there was a 50% off sale going on to boot..1/2 of everything I bought! Thank you, thank you!!!
