5 /5 Jeffrey B: Simply the BEST J Crew store I have visited! I’ve been a fan of J Crew for over 20 years. Timi, the amazing Manager, and her staff are great! I have seen their interactions with other shoppers while there and they go above and beyond. I’m very glad that I found this gem of a store! - to say the manager there is “horrendous” is completely false. I live near Troy and I will travel to go to the Ann Arbor store BECAUSE of the customer service. It’s also obvious that her staff are well trained and knowledgeable. She clearly has a great rapport with her staff.

5 /5 cody rhodes: This is my absolute favorite J.Crew in Michigan! The staff is always so kind and helpful. When I’m shopping at this location, they treat me like I’m the only customer in the store. They have a great assortment of product and the store is always merchandised beautifully. I was doing some shopping over the holidays and got to meet their new store director, Keith. I can tell he is going to be a great asset to this company and store!
