Sarah Litke I stopped in to see if my leggings could be hemmed/taken in due to losing weight. I met with Julie in the fitting room and helped me with just about everything. We determined that i can actually go down in sizing, so i traded my pants in! Julie was very down to earth, sweet, and very caring about how everything fit to my body. Thank you, Julie! ❤️ made me feel like a star.

Laura Bringman HUGE SHOUT OUT TO KATHY the Manager of the Great Lakes Crossing Mall Ann Taylor Loft! I visited the store Friday June 6th and needed a dress for a party the next day. Kathy helped me get a great deal on a nice sun dress plus I got an additional $20 to spend at the Ann Taylor Factory around the corner! She was super fun and attentive...You do not find people like Kathy in the retail industry these days! Please go visit her and let her outfit you! :)

Angela Sorrells Ive been shopping at Urban Outfitters for years beginning with their original location in downtown East Lansing. Regardless of your age, if youve adapted your own personal sense of modern/trendy style, Urban just may be a fun place to shop. Weve dressed our daughter from here as well as purchased her room/apartment items as well. If youre looking for fun, cutting edge fashion with staff that doesnt follow you around and just lets you shop, check out Urban. Plus they almost always have a great sale going on. Definitely worth your time.
