He helped me with my tux measurements and went above and beyond to make sure I found clothes that made me look put-together and sharp. He was incredibly kind, funny, and overall just amazing to work with. It’s rare to find someone who makes the whole process easy and enjoyable, but Tyrone absolutely did. Highly recommend seeing him if you want great service!

Kai gave me the guidance I needed without ever being pushy and went above and beyond to make me feel valued. He helped pick out items for me to try out with careful consideration for my needs and preferences. I also really appreciate how quickly the in-store tailor was able to tend to my new coat and pants. Glad I stopped in and will definitely return.

I came in needing a suit on very short notice, and he told me it would normally take three days with a rush order. When I explained my situation, he personally did the alterations himself and had it ready for me just three hours later. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. I did not expect that level of service from a corporate store , I was blown away. Tyrone truly went the extra mile, and because of him, I’ll continue to shop here. Exceptional experience from start to finish.

We walked away with 3 full suit outfits with all the fixings. So happy to find something for a man built like me. Tyrone brought me everything I needed based on what I said. Love customer service like this. It’s a lost art.
