4 /5 Letta Chilcott: I like the stores set up and they have good quality items. Well made and are made to last. I did experience difficulty in finding help on the floor or anyone to help me find what I was looking for. However, I did I only get help and I was in and out with what I went there for. I do really like kholes. They can be a little pricey but you have to expect that when youre buying good quality items that last.

1 /5 Madisyn Davis: The website is consistently inaccurate about what products are sold in which stores. They dont care if theyve inconvenienced you by making you drive 20 minutes out of your way to get a product they listed as in stock. They wont apologize and theyll blame you for not checking their website, even if you did. The store itself is a mess, and clearly understaffed. Not sure why a company at your level cant handle basic things like keeping your inventory up to date and keeping your section of the store staffed.

4 /5 Mark Loyd: I went there yesterday and I purchase some items i receive a great black friday discount deal on every thing and coupon receive about $30 off of the original price.

1 /5 Melissa Schrader: No prices on anything, have to find a worker to scan the shoes.. Im good, I put both pairs of shoes back and Ill go somewhere else that actually has the prices on the things I want. Theres so many other options to choose from, being right next to the mall, dunno why anyone would waste their time here tbh. Sucks because I used to LOVE it here. Its the principle for me.

1 /5 ANDREA Hermanson: I have had pick ups I ordered online and both were located at the Southland location. I went this morning at 9:50 12/20. I went to where self pick up is. Now I havent received an email with barcode or number of box where my items are at. So, that might be an issue with the location. The first time was a week ago and the lady at the self pick up was terrible to me and this morning I went to one lady and she did not know how to handle so she asked another. The lady this morning was so rude and annoyed she was being asked. She is like if you did not get an email than its not ready. I showed her on the app that my order stated ready for pick up and please pick up by 12/26. If some of these people are so rude to the general public they need to find a job where they dont have to be bothered by the general public. I will not go to the Southland location again. I will go to Woodhaven where people there are professional and willing to help you.
