2 /5 Fixinggrace: Store is packed with items, and many discounted items on rollaway carts that are vaguely labeled making the amounts difficult to figure out. Much of what is there seems overpriced and not of good quality. For example, I went in for a pair of safety shoes and the only pair they had were over $100 for Skechers. Stores used to be well organized with a bit of elegance. Now it feels like walking into a discount store with no discounts and substantial markups on everything.

5 /5 Cathy Warner: Great clearance deals. Just watch for the “up to” percentage signs. Good luck finding anything at that percentage. As always, plenty if parking. Lots of ‘Sunday best’ clothes on sale.

1 /5 john edwards: Poor customer service involving a damaged product. Made a purchase using a 40% coupon. Upon opening and removing the product, it was broke. Went back to the store wanting an exact replacement or for mine to be fixed since it was jewelry. Was offered store credit for what I paid. I feel this would be acceptable if they also furnished a 40% coupon to use as well with the store credit. This was not the case. If this was a cheaper piece of jewelry, it wouldnt have bothered me as much but buying a more expensive piece from their locked case has become a lesson learned not to. Any other jewelry store would make the repair instead of telling me its an "easy fix"

1 /5 Kourtney Smith: My friend and I had a very unpleasant experience at your store the other day, that I started to record on my phone. The store manger, Christie, was very rude to the cashier when they asked for help. She was also rude to me as well. Christie did not want to help, as you could tell by the look on her face. I noticed she was also rude to other employees. This is an embarrassment to the company and this woman should be fired. No person, not even a manager, should treat or act like that to their employees. My friend and I were applied by her behavior, tone and unprofessionalism. We are never coming back to this store and I am passing the message, and video, along to all, including corporate. Do better Kohls.
