5 /5 Elizabeth Shaifer: Shopping here never disappoint! From the winter sweaters to the body washes, face creams I feel like a kid in a candy store! Clothing selections are nice. Store easy to navigate without bumping into other shoppers. Checkout lines are usually long. They need more cashiers especially during holiday shopping. Still reasonable prices on clothes..not sure if Trumps tariffs affect clothing prices!

2 /5 Alaina Walsh: I had an uncomfortable experience with the male employee working the fitting room. His rude attitude and odd behavior felt unprofessional and made my friend and I really uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of experience I expect when shopping.

1 /5 Ben Lorenz: Went to buy some items with discount tags, the cashier pulled off the discount tags, said the prices were wrong. Talked to manager on duty, only said that she saw it and prices were wrong . We immediately went to location in Canton, they checked the price on one item that we bought and they saw that the Novi store overcharged by $3! Avoid this Novi location. It used to be good. Not anyone...

5 /5 Brenda: Marshalls and Home Goods are sister companies. Marshalls sells mainly clothing and shoes. Home Goods mainly furniture and home decor. Two stores look like night and day. Home Goods is attractive, clean and organized. Marshall’s full of clutter, scattered boxes and disarray. No matter department or isle. Never a pleasant shopping environment or experience. Home Goods always first choice and Marshall’s always last resort. Wish it weren’t so. Entered Marshalls searching for specific item out of stock at Home Goods. Asked young lady (San’) for location of product. She literally walked with me looking for item half way around store. She continued to scan racks along with me. Young lady friendly, kind, patient and helpful. Found exactly what I was looking for and purchased several items. Checkout associate thoughtful and caring. Excellent customer service. Thank you… Home Goods no longer sells toys for children. Informed Marshalls sells toys. Entered store and immediately noticed improvement. Pleasantly surprised. Store bright, colorful, clean and organized. Shopped entire store and found several items of interest. Some of which were on clearance. Wonderful shopping experience.
