2 /5 tina shreve: I visited this location around 4 to do some browsing for an upcoming vacation. Upon entering I noticed an employee leaned over the counter steadily texting with not a word said. The other 2 young ladies working were very pleasant. However, the same girl who was texting rapidly- was dealing with a customer and I overheard her and how she treated the customers! She was completely out of line for how she treated them!!! I was embarrassed for the customer, it was truly devastating how the employee treated her! I will also piggy back off another review I read, asking about credit cards is one thing- but when you feel that you HAVE to have a card to shop with them isn’t okay! Being asked multiple times over and over after politely declining and even going above and explaining why it’s not an ideal situation to only be asked more is aggravating! Not everyone can take that hit to their credit, especially in this economy!
With this being said, corporate needs to look into this young lady and potentially find her a replacement. She’s bringing this store down and sadly it’s put a very bad taste in my mouth.
