Anthony DeCarolis Love going to this store to buy gifts for my mom! My mom usually works with the store owner Katie. She is amazing to work with because she knows my mom spot on for sizing and what she likes. I also notice they started selling these brumates that hold white claws and other various cans/bottles, which are super cool.

S. Hart I had the BEST customer service experience with TAYLOR from the Novi store. She went above and beyond to help me find a sweater that was sold out online. She checked the floor, got the SKU number, called around to the nearest location that had it in stock in my size, and extended a hold for me because of the snow storm. Who does that these days?! She was professional and so very nice; again, it was an absolutely exceptional interaction. Bravo Taylor and thank you!!!!! p.s.
