1 /5 Tee Car: My family and I went to the store in Dearborn MI today. 16201 ford rd Dearborn, MI 48126. Store number 01143…Although we found a lot of nice things the lady at the counter was extremely and I mean extremely rude. I’ve never seen anything like it. Standing at the counter with a complete mad discussing face like she did not want to be bothered. I asked her could I put my items on the counter while I continued to shop because my hands and arms was so full. She didn’t even respond just looked at me. Did not greet anyone. She was singing while she was ringing ppl up. Just an awful and I mean terrible attitude only for us to find out that she was actually the manager. She was terrible and by no means she should be working with the public. The only reason I didn’t just walk out and leave all my items is because I did not want to disappoint my child. In no way ever should customers be treated in such a manner.

3 /5 LaQueen Nation: The prices are still affordable. The store is organized. The Misses section did not have enough unique fashions nor less revealing clothing like the Plus section. The dressing room was not open. However, you are allowed to return clothing. I prefer to try on my outfits while Im at the store to save myself the hassle of revisiting the store later. Therefore, I left without getting anything.

4 /5 Lisa “MERICA” Helka: Had to stop in because I needed a shirt immediately. Hadnt been there in a couple years because my last experience caused me to call company headquarters while in the store because 1 of the employees was putting her hand in my face. Arguing over an online return. Headquarters confirmed I was correct and she was not. I was refunded my money plus a credit for the hassle. But Ive always loved the selections.

1 /5 Chinyere Chichi: There are Some of the employees that work at this store that doesn’t know how to come a customer come back. I have been there twice to return something and I had unpleasant experiences both times. 1st incident: I went to return few items bought online. I saw a sign that says belt 2/$10. I grab 2 belts and give to the cashier. So the price did not reflect what the sign said so as I was explaining to the cashier and asked her to go see the sign, another employee jumped in without even letting me finish and she angrily said there’s no belt at this store that cost 2 for $10. Then she went there to check and saw that there are truly some belts that are priced 2 for $10 but the two I have are not included. She did not apologize. 2nd incident: Again I went to return something I bought online. I was at the door at almost 6pm. They locked their door saying that they are closing early because it was supposed to snow at night. An employee from Arab decent was holding the door and explaining to me in a kind way but another African American employee ran to the door and close the door very quickly and in a rude, told me they were closed. That was more than 1hr before there closing time. She did not explain nothing to me like the other lady did. I have no intention of going to that store again.
