Norman Blakely The Sephora employees specifically are VERY knowledgeable about the products they sell extremely helpful people I spoke to a red ginger haired woman about some cologne I was looking for some new scents to try I gave her a list of a couple that they sell that I really enjoy and she found me multiple amazing scents that I absolutely loved and ended up purchasing very knowledgeable very nice people and will 100% take the time to speak with you educate you and make sure you go home with something you love 10/10 great people and great service would very much recommend stopping in to get your fragrances whether they be men or women’s scents cannot express how amazing my experience was

Sajjad Ahamed The higher authority really needs to look into the staff behavior at this store. I have been going to this store for the last four years, but never seen such awful situation. If you just go to any other TJ maxx outlets near Shelby, Troy or Auburn Hills, you will experience way better customer service. Employees at the registers will give unnecessary hassle when you try to return items or have issues with price tags or the products. Most annoying part is while you’re dealing with the issue, they would talk to each other in a foreign language which is more discomforting. Because you would feel like they are talking about you, and you can’t understand any words but feel the embarrassement.

Salena Clark Absolutely Wonderful! The young lady on the floor that greets everyone upon entering, if business owners had someone like her... She took the time to assists with customers as well... Shes very good for any establishment... I will be back!!!

Cathy Warner Great clearance deals. Just watch for the “up to” percentage signs. Good luck finding anything at that percentage. As always, plenty if parking. Lots of ‘Sunday best’ clothes on sale.

From the moment I walked in, every employee was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond without a second thought. They helped me find exactly what I needed, answered every single one of my questions with patience and expertise, and made me feel valued the entire time. Their energy was warm, their customer service was exceptional, and they made my quick visit feel like a luxury experience. Emily Giampa This location is really clean! My sister and I went in on a weeknight and there were two stuff members, floor associate and manager. They kept it well stocked and the two staff members were super nice! One of them offered us a fragrance sample as we were shopping! Im hoping this is a good sign that Oakland Mall is at a comeback. :)
