Sajjad Ahamed The higher authority really needs to look into the staff behavior at this store. I have been going to this store for the last four years, but never seen such awful situation. If you just go to any other TJ maxx outlets near Shelby, Troy or Auburn Hills, you will experience way better customer service. Employees at the registers will give unnecessary hassle when you try to return items or have issues with price tags or the products. Most annoying part is while you’re dealing with the issue, they would talk to each other in a foreign language which is more discomforting. Because you would feel like they are talking about you, and you can’t understand any words but feel the embarrassement.

Jeffrey M Excellent selection of clothing and accessories. Unfortunately my daughter did not find what she wanted. This was our first stop and usually is. Great quality at a reasonable price. All up to date and in style items.

Sarkimt The store is nicely stocked. Designer selections but the staff/ cashiers are a joke. Be prepared to wait in line a long time while staff does “busy” work behind the counter while the customer line backs up.
