Liz L I’ve only had the good fortune to visit the Grand Rapids store once with my best friend in 2023, but it is by far the best store I have ever been to. The perfect combination of two of my passions- nature and printmaking. I proudly own lots of art from Woosah (the kestrel print is top tier perfection) and shop the website regularly. A Hawkins This location definitely profiles shoppers!!! As soon as you walk through the door you are not welcomed. Store associates rather follow you & stare rather than ask if you need assistance. I will not return & will tell others also.

Beth Postema Looks like a picked over goodwill with poor management. Clothes all over the floor and three employees literally sitting on the counter while one other employee rings customers. Sad to have no accountability for you employees
