Pat Thelen Looking on line for shoes, I found the Ghost 17, but they didnt have the color I wanted. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful & offered to order the color I wanted. When they came in Playmakers called me, & I picked the shoes up. As I walked into the store that day, I was greeted with two ladies with smiles on their face and ready to help. I wish they would go back to doing the sales as they did before Covid. I highly recommend Playmakers.

Cole Starke Botanica is a wonderful place to buy all sorts of plants, clothes and home decor. With the wonderfully decorated store and extremely friendly staff. This new shop truly adds flavor to downtown Midland.

I am Her Story My recent shopping trip to Burlington Coat Factory was highly positive, marked by great service and a clean environment. The store itself was clean and decent, making for a pleasant shopping atmosphere. Upon entering, the security guard was nice and friendly, setting a welcoming tone immediately. What truly impressed me was the attentiveness and service, even close to closing time. With only ten minutes remaining until the store closed, I was not rushed at all, which is greatly appreciated when trying to make final selections. At checkout, there were only a few people in line, and the cashier was extremely helpful. They processed my purchases efficiently and politely asked if I would like to apply for the rewards card to save 10%, demonstrating thorough customer service (even though I was already using my card). Overall, it was a smooth and friendly experience from the entrance to the exit.

Lydia M I came here for an autograph event at Pro Sports Zone, the mall was not very crowded on a Saturday, except for the line for the signing. Very clean inside, helpful maps and directories everywhere. Some neat niche stores for things like candy and collectibles, in addition to traditional clothing stores. There is also a movie theater here. Ample parking and even charging stations for electric vehicles.
