Debby Fraser I was there to purchase Stranger Things t-shirts for my grandson. The floor person was busy putting out merchandise, but took the time to ask if I needed any assistance, then took me from one side of the store to the other, showing me their offerings. Hot Topic never disappoints! Chock full of current pop culture, with enough alt offerings to stay edgy cool. I never leave without buying a t-shirt for me, too!

Google User I prefer this Chicos location in West Bloomfield over some others Chicos in the area due to its outstanding customer service. Associates are always friendly, professional and helpful. I was shopping there yesterday and was helped by Elizabeth. This lady definitely has a great sense of style and knowledge in fashion, she gave me a few helpful tips, helped to locate the merchandise, find sizes and put outfits together. I felt welcomed while in the store. I ended up purchasing a few beautiful pieces and found some great deals. Prices are very competitive considering todays prices in general. One of the jackets I bought was originally $119. Store had a sale yesterday, 35% off, plus I am a passport member, which gives me another 5% off the purchase. It is a beautiful linen jacket, I wore it today when I went out to breakfast to an upscale restaurant for a special occasion and got a few compliments. I like Chicos brand in general, but this West Bloomfield location is my number one favorite due to its outstanding customer service, welcoming atmosphere and a larger selection of merchandise.

Danny Creech Joe was the best salesman I’ve ever had! He was fantastic at sizing, but he also made the experience interesting for me by teaching me about sizing and how a suit should look on my boyfriend! I never knew suit shopping could be fun and Joe made it that way. Fantastic person and I would love to have him work with fiancés wedding suits.

Jo Scan The new management has really whipped that place into shape. I used to loathe shopping there because it was always more of a chore wading through the mess instead of a good shopping experience. My kids loved it tho. NOW, I enjoy shopping there. Its very organized and clean. The staff have pleasant attitudes & are very knowledgeable about their store. They have direct answers when you have a question to ask. Im leaving such a long review because they deserve to be applauded. Many businesses are using covid to take advantage of people or provide less services. This particular Citi Trends saw an opportunity for new growth and customer satisfaction. ❤

Jeanine B Great clothes at affordable prices. I always like to check out the clearance racks. Some great deals on the previous season clothes. My only complaint is I am short and sometimes hard to find pants in my length.
