5 /5 Snow H.: Yeah the stuff is a bit pricey. Thats hot topic. You know that going in. This location is one of the biggest Ive been to. Everything is well stocked. Staff is always kind and helpful. Even when they are packed they get through the line fast. Ive been to 30 or so hot topics and this is one of the best.

5 /5 Alexis Davis: Brought my daughters here for the 1st time. They love it! I love this store. Great customer service fast check out and a clean store. And it was thoughtful of the young lady to cut the tags off my daughter purse and take the paper out so she can wear it out the store. My daughter enjoyed it seeing that this is her 1st purse as well.

4 /5 Etheral: I will say hot topic does have some great stuff however the price for the material is obnoxious. I get the alternative fashion sense is expensive more often than not. But a 30 dollar pack of garter belts that break as soon as their readjusted is ridiculous. The amount you pay for a product is probably triple the amount it takes to make it. And as cute and cool some things are, I honestly cant reason putting money into it. Or for example some of their jewelry will be obviously over priced for something that looks like an arts and crafts project. I know that that isnt this independent stores problem but Ive noticed this particular store has higher priced materials on occasion. As for this store specifically. I have noticed a few things on customer services. There isnt a whole lot of customer interaction Ive noticed. Sometimes when I go in its more so a "well be quiet till you ask for something" attitude towards customers in my experience. Which isnt at all times bad but its still feels bland and somewhat unwelcoming. The store is typically clean and nice. And when you do bring conversation to the workers they talk with you in nice tones and nice attitudes.

5 /5 Debby Fraser: I was there to purchase Stranger Things t-shirts for my grandson. The floor person was busy putting out merchandise, but took the time to ask if I needed any assistance, then took me from one side of the store to the other, showing me their offerings. Hot Topic never disappoints! Chock full of current pop culture, with enough alt offerings to stay edgy cool. I never leave without buying a t-shirt for me, too!
