It has opened up my eyes to the harmful effects of fast fashion, the modern clothing industry and how the clothes I put on my body affects my health. I wouldn’t haven’t learned about those effects without the help of the amazing owner Marta, she is very knowledgeable about the items and the knowledge she is trying to pass down. Even when she wasn’t there the other wonderful staff are such a blessing. Overall this is such an amazing place to shop and learn about the effects of the clothes you put on your body.

I am Her Story My recent shopping trip to Burlington Coat Factory was highly positive, marked by great service and a clean environment. The store itself was clean and decent, making for a pleasant shopping atmosphere. Upon entering, the security guard was nice and friendly, setting a welcoming tone immediately. What truly impressed me was the attentiveness and service, even close to closing time. With only ten minutes remaining until the store closed, I was not rushed at all, which is greatly appreciated when trying to make final selections. At checkout, there were only a few people in line, and the cashier was extremely helpful. They processed my purchases efficiently and politely asked if I would like to apply for the rewards card to save 10%, demonstrating thorough customer service (even though I was already using my card). Overall, it was a smooth and friendly experience from the entrance to the exit.
