5 /5 Crustina Gohard: The store is almost always clean and well organized. I love shopping here. Depending on what time of day or evening you go, there will be a long line but it always seems to move pretty quickly. I love to buy a new reusable shopping bag for $1 in the checkout each time I go as well. Theyre large and I like to use them for groceries. Its a great place to buy kids toys and clothes, pens and markers, socks, kitchen equipment, cleaning tools and supplies, sheets and blankets, random furniture pieces. I dont have a pet but it looks like a good place to get pet stuff.

She went above and beyond to help me—showed me where all the best deals were, pointed out the nicest prices, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her friendliness and patience made the trip so much more enjoyable. Lydia was also very professional and efficient at checkout, which made everything smooth. 1 /5 Jasmine Taylor: While the store appeared well-stocked and organized at first glance, my overall experience was far from acceptable due to multiple issues that I feel must be addressed. The behavior of the staff was noticeably unprofessional and discourteous. Associates appeared visibly irritated, disengaged, and unwilling to assist customers. In one instance, I witnessed a customer being allowed to take items directly from the back room with help from an employee—an act that raised serious concerns about inventory control and fairness. When I attempted to purchase a purse and asked to have it held at the register, I was immediately asked, “How are you paying for this? Do you have a TJ Maxx credit card?” This question was asked in a condescending tone before the item was even unlocked for inspection, which came across as presumptive, judgmental, and inappropriate. This experience was especially troubling as a Black customer who is already accustomed to the challenges of implicit bias and discrimination in retail environments. Being questioned before even reaching the register made me feel profiled and unwelcome. A significant number of products on the floor were either damaged, opened, or incomplete. Items frequently had missing pieces or tampered packaging, making it impossible to determine whether the product was functional or whole. Additionally, many items were either mispriced, had no price tags, or had clearly had their price stickers altered. This creates confusion, frustrates honest customers, and raises serious concerns about merchandise integrity and store oversight. These issues, combined with the lack of accountability and professionalism from staff, reflect a poorly managed location where customer experience is clearly not a priority. I genuinely enjoy shopping at TJ Maxx and have been a loyal customer for years, but this particular visit left me deeply disappointed and hesitant to return. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, as I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect and provided with clean, fairly priced, and complete merchandise in a welcoming environment

Most of the time the store is organized and clean Staff always friendly , professional Return and exchange processing is easy and fast Parking lot is very convenient and always available Branded items and products Women and men clothing Branded names and regular Prices are unbeatable Not busy Mark down is not done correctly though The staff is few members but they’re doing good job on keeping inventory up and floor is clean
