My wife and I were on a tight deadline searching for something special for my first Daddy–Daughter dance. We had already visited a well-known high-end store but left without finding what we needed. After brainstorming with each other and a close friend, Burlington came to mind—and I’m truly grateful it did. As soon as we walked in, I began searching for something for myself while my wife and children looked for their items. While I was browsing, not quite finding what I needed, I heard a friendly voice ask if I needed help. I turned around and met Jaylon, a loss prevention associate, who had just finished assisting another customer with the same care and professionalism as a salesperson. In over four decades of shopping, this was a first for me. Jaylon noticed a garment I was considering and mentioned he had looked at it himself. He kindly offered to help me find something even better if I was open to it. I followed him to areas of the store I hadn’t explored before, and I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. It was as if he knew my measurements—his guidance felt almost tailor-like. I ended up replacing my original choice with exactly what I needed for this very special event. To make the experience even better, my family later joined us and shared that they hadn’t found what they were looking for. Once again, Jaylon came to the rescue and quickly helped them find exactly what they needed, ending a long and frustrating search. It truly felt as though he knew every detail of the store and took pride in helping customers succeed. Because of Jaylon’s selfless dedication and genuine care, our family began 2026 on a high note. Please ensure that his supervisor—and anyone else appropriate—knows how grateful we are for his exceptional service. Based on how he treated us, I believe this level of excellence is something he consistently provides. I tried on a dress that I really loved, but it didn’t quite fit me and she instantly got on the phone and ordered me the same dress that would come in a week later and she really looked out for me and gave me a great price If you’re looking to get a beautiful dress at a reasonable price, this is the place for you I can’t wait to see my Dress on Wednesday!!

Max Yu This is the best one stop shop to upgrade your wardrobe. I called in, walked in, and by the end of the next day had arrived at my appointment, gotten measured, and placed an order for a fine Italian suit designed to my liking. One look at Bill and you know hes the real deal. I can only hope to look as stylish as him! He has a great eye and knew exactly what I struggled with when I used to get clothes off the rack. The material quality they work with is fantastic. Prices are pretty fair considering Ann Arbors inflated costs. I cant wait to rock my new suit!

Joel Desjardins I’ve only been to Target here, but the mall is vast and essentially a one-stop shop for all your needs. There are a few restaurants within, making it an easy quick outing for you or a longer one the whole family.
