There was a problem I was responsible for in purchasing an item and she took the time to help me throughout the process to resolve the issue. The manager at this time, was Tom, who also helped with this process. I also want to note this store has extensive excellent merchandise! (The overall “vibe” of the store was very friendly )

Bethanyk I have only purchased my husband pants from Duluth for the last 10 years. Their clothing is a little pricey but very worth it and they always have good sales and discounts. The quality of Duluth pants is better than any other brand we have found and they stand behind their clothing with the no bull guarantee.
