My wife and I were on a tight deadline searching for something special for my first Daddy–Daughter dance. We had already visited a well-known high-end store but left without finding what we needed. After brainstorming with each other and a close friend, Burlington came to mind—and I’m truly grateful it did. As soon as we walked in, I began searching for something for myself while my wife and children looked for their items. While I was browsing, not quite finding what I needed, I heard a friendly voice ask if I needed help. I turned around and met Jaylon, a loss prevention associate, who had just finished assisting another customer with the same care and professionalism as a salesperson. In over four decades of shopping, this was a first for me. Jaylon noticed a garment I was considering and mentioned he had looked at it himself. He kindly offered to help me find something even better if I was open to it. I followed him to areas of the store I hadn’t explored before, and I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. It was as if he knew my measurements—his guidance felt almost tailor-like. I ended up replacing my original choice with exactly what I needed for this very special event. To make the experience even better, my family later joined us and shared that they hadn’t found what they were looking for. Once again, Jaylon came to the rescue and quickly helped them find exactly what they needed, ending a long and frustrating search. It truly felt as though he knew every detail of the store and took pride in helping customers succeed. Because of Jaylon’s selfless dedication and genuine care, our family began 2026 on a high note. Please ensure that his supervisor—and anyone else appropriate—knows how grateful we are for his exceptional service. Based on how he treated us, I believe this level of excellence is something he consistently provides. Erica Bauman Ive been here twice in the last couple months and Im obsessed! The staff is very friendly, and there are tons and tons of clothes. It is very well organized. I shop for my nieces and nephews ages 0-11 and have found some very cute things in good condition for a very reasonable price. One note is that they dont have their own bags, so bring your own!

Sugar Ray Man is very nice, honest, and will make a deal. Have him too much money, and he gave it back.

Brian Muir Lots of little shops set out on the ground floor of this building selling adult sweats, t-shirts, curiosities, gifts etc. it’s not particularly obvious from the outside that this is what’s here so perhaps they could do with a bit more signage outside. Nice and cool inside to get away from summer heat, came in for a browse but didn’t purchase I’m after, just a bit shopped out!
