5 /5 Dazhia Chavez: I bought a dress 3 dresses online that were a bust before going to Windsor the morning of the Christmas Ball and finding this gem for less then the other dresses. Comfortable and so sexy. Love, love, love!!!

3 /5 Kim Fritz: Nice selections and good prices. Only issue was the employee. She was racing all over the store to collect and empty the trash while we waited for her attention, then when we asked for a different size shoe she said" yeah when Im done" . So sorry, didnt know emptying trash was more important than serving customers... Then when we asked for a half size she lied and said we dont sell half size shoes and I found several half sizes in a bunch of other shoes.. unbelievable that we were just disregarded and she lied and was rude for no reason.

5 /5 Emily Heins: Went to this location earlier today with my kids to find a prom dress for my oldest daughter. Katie at the register was undeniably the best! She hyped up my daughter about her choice in dress, made sure to chat with my 2 younger kids as well, all without skipping a beat while ringing me up! My daughter even made a mention how nice Katie was after we left the store! Kudos to Windsor Taylor for their great team. We will definitely be returning soon!

5 /5 Brittany Barrientos: Kiera was amazing! She greeted me immediately when I walked in and asked if I needed help with anything or was shopping for anything specifically and was so helpful when I asked her opinions. She seems like such a great people person. More stores need employees like her.

5 /5 Jamie Johnston: Let me preface with Im an awful shopper with zero style or ability to come up with a good outfit. I have an award dinner for work ‘business casual’. Walk in, terrified, anxiety hits hard as they come. I see a team member, idk if I’m allowed to mention names but Chuntae, I ask her about a dress being business casual. I ask if she thinks there is something to go with it. She proceeded to walk me through the store, finding me AN ENTIRE OUTFIT that I actually feel comfortable in for a pretty reasonable price. I was in and out in 12 mins. I can’t say enough how appreciative I am and how amazing my experience was. Thank you, Chuntae customer service really goes a long way. I’ll be back!
