4 /5 Amanda Ireland: We visited the Grand Rapids location today for my daughter. The store was super busy and understaffed, but the 3 women working remained polite the entire 1.5- 2 hours we were there. One of the ladies running the dress room continued to walk through the line to inform customers of the 6 dress limit in the dressing room, and the cashier greeted everyone, informed customers of the return policy or no return policy on special occasion dresses and thanked customers for being patient. The manager did have to close the doors early because the dress racks were practically empty, and that caused some unruly customers outside the doors banging on them and entering after being told the store was closed. Again, the store staff was great, but they need to do better at scheduling appropriately for special occasions such as homecoming and prom as well as possibly set up pop dressing rooms to speed up the process.
