I reached out on Instagram and Sarah immediately jumped in to help make it right. She worked with me to send them back and get the correct sizes, and honestly went above and beyond. She even had one of her employees take photos and send them to me so I could better visualize the fit before reordering. I live all the way in New Mexico, and she made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. She was so responsive, helpful, and even took the time to talk with me on the phone. I received the correct size yesterday and I absolutely love my mock neck. The quality is fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for. This is the kind of customer service you don’t get every day. I will definitely be buying from The Lounge Shop again. SHOP LOCAL! Businesses like this deserve it.

Rimy and the other lovely woman working there were incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. They took their time with us, answered all of our questions, and showed us so many beautiful outfits. Foula Bandini Im not a resident of Westchester County but I have friends and family who are and when I visit them, I always try to get to the Westchester mall. I happen to walk into Marc Cain and loved many products but really didnt think they would work for me. Virginia, the manager, approached me in the most casual way and I immediately felt comfortable. She is an amazing stylist who put great pieces together for me that I would have never thought to. I love my Marc Cain clothing and I wouldnt shop there if it wasnt for Virginias talent.
