American Eagle - Shop NY (Near Poughkeepsie)

5 /5 Kathy Veloz: I must say that I went shopping at the American Eagle in Poughkeepsie, New York and the store was very clean and organized, which made shopping easy and enjoyable. The store manager, I believe his name is Eric Fernandez, was extremely nice, attentive, and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience overall.

5 /5 Latisha Morris: I had a great experience purchasing my first few AE brand jeans. Let me tell you, Sam was the associate that helped me and she was spot on with sizing, fit, stretch and style. I told her I wanted boyfriend jeans and the way she moved around though the different pants really impressed me. She choose the ones i envisioned and two others that were similar and I love the way they fit. Even when I questioned the size, she assured me to go down two sizes because the fit of these specific boyfriend jeans and boy oh boy was she right. Only in that one pair of jeans am I two sizes smaller lol. Then I seen a wide-leg i thought Id love but they were to long, Sam offered to check for the jeans in "short" and when she came back with the my size and the perfect length I knew i would be looking for her when I come back to that store to shop. So if you go there ask for Sam. Everyone else was great as well but Sam is on tje floor. Shell help you fit the perfect pair of jeans. But dont overwhelm her because Ill need her help one day again and since I put yall on to her, its only right I get first dibs lol. Thanks again Sam. You customer service was really A-1 or as they say today 10/10

5 /5 emily: Emma and Emily are the most caring employees around. They let me in on all of the sales they had going on. I bought so many new pairs of shorts with their buy one get one 50% off stuff hahaHahahaha. Super fun super silly girls and the manager SAMANTHA helped me out as well at the register. So glad to see these young individuals being raised kindly!

5 /5 Concetta Jackson: My daughter and I had an amazing experience today at the store we had an awesome store associate Ashleigh who was just simply great! She was so nice, she greeted us warmly & with a big smile! She helped my daughter find the sizes she needed, offered suggestions and was honest and we really appreciated it! It’s not often you find someone who goes that extra mile to help you and just be nice she was all that and very friendly and very knowledgeable where items were in the store. We live about an hour away and it was definitely worth the trip I am so happy that my daughter had a good experience and Ashleigh is very experienced in Customer service I hope to find her there next time we go! Retail is a very difficult job, there are people out there that don’t understand how much work it is to make sure the store looks presentable & helping customers all day! Ashleigh went above & beyond for us today and I hope she gets recognition for her hard work & efforts! Thank you again:-)
