Michael helped me on Black Friday with a specific sweater I was looking to buy, and he was absolutely fantastic, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location!

5 /5 Arthur Glauberman: While I had read the news that many Brooks Brothers clothing stores had closed, I was happy to see that the one at The Westchester mall was still open and had a great selection of mens and womenswear. I needed to buy some dress clothes for a a few upcoming parties I’d been invited to and was impressed by the dedicated sales staff from their tailor to the salesperson , David Granderson, who not only helped me with my selection of clothing but also suggested that by opening up a Brooks Brothers credit card, I could save an additional 25% on my order. That amounted to over $100! One of the reasons I’ve always loved shopping at Brooks Brothers is that whether you are a random customer, like myself or someone who buys all their clothes there, you always get treated like royalty!

5 /5 Marc Whiten: Came for an off the rack dinner jacket and ended up purchasing a made to order one perfectly fitted to me and my wishes. Sales person Michael was patient and professional and even did his best to save me money.
