5 /5 Jiffy C: I bought a suit from Charles Mens Shop a few years ago and I hadnt worn it since, when I tried it on it needed alterations. My mother passed away and I was desperate for help. Orion was helpful, professional and courteous. He was sympathetic and understanding. Promo season was in full swing and I am sure they had many orders to worry about, but Charles Mens Shop made time for me and my situation. The suit and pants were ready when he said they would be. The store manager gave me his condolences and thanked me for my business. I am extremely grateful to the wonderful staff at Charles Mens Shop in Batavia, NY.

5 /5 Jim Eick: Don, Dave, and Orion saved my wedding. I came in just seven weeks before my date, and they were able to work wonders with an already crazy schedule. Don scoured vendors looking for the specific tweed my fiancée wanted, and when we discovered it was unobtainium, he provided us with a paisley that was the talk of our wedding. Orion was incredibly proficient on providing updates regarding the groomsmen tux rentals; and when a particular size wasnt available, the alternate he found was even better than our original suit requests. Don also brought me down to Batavia Bootery, and Kevin was able to offer a pair of boots, along with cobbling service, to perfectly match my suit. While not inexpensive, these gents procured the lifetime garments necessary for the greatest day of my life.

5 /5 B. ODell: Stopped in today to inquire about wedding suite rentals. Was recommended by a friend after having a horrible experience at one of the national chain stores. Was helped by Dave, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in different styles and what would be the best fit for us. Leaving the store, I felt totally confident in our choice with this business. I am looking forward to additional business with Charles Mens Shop!

Although the store was busy, the staff made sure that our experience did not feel rushed and that we left well informed. I had never been in this store prior to this experience. The store had a beautiful variety of clothing including hats, dress shirts, and pants. My guys were very impressed.
