Alexa Bapp I went shopping there today. Cara (assistant manager) went above and beyond to help me out! She helped me pick out different styles and was honest with me when something didn’t flatter me. I appreciate the honesty when shopping! She definitely knows her fashion and is so sweet and friendly!

Sean Mulderry Best Brooks Brothers experience I have had in a long time. The staff here were just amazing, Peter and Jacob were very patient and helpful working with me for several hours to buy multiple suits. The customer service provided was second to none. Great prices and great items as always. Can’t wait to go back.

He was super knowledgeable with the products in the store, and even after we found the right fit, he found me something more comfortable and even helped save me a few bucks. Amazing store and Stephen is the GOAT for sure.

Luckys First Love I saw you were hiring for sales associates but majority of your customer complaints are about the store manager and staff. Thats embarrassing, you really need to revamp your customer service approach and marketing towards potential new hires because the 2 star review about your business is enough to make everyone searching the brand name run in the other direction.
