Arthur Glauberman I have been a big fan of Lucky Brand jeans but over the years I’ve purchased I’ve purchased their clothing at other major retailers. That changed this afternoon, when I walked into the Lucky Brand store in the Westchester Mall in White Plains. As i walked in, I noticed that their were lots of great sale prices but I was more impressed by their extraordinary sales staff. Narda Brissett offered to help me and once I explained what I was looking for, she became my personal shopping concierge bringing me all kinds of jeans and slacks as well as sweaters and extra warm heavy duty shirts. Narda spent at least an hour helping me find fantastic fitting clothes at absolutely amazing prices! If you are looking for comfortable clothing at awesome prices, you have to visit the Lucky Brand store on the lower level of The Westchester.

Luckys First Love I saw you were hiring for sales associates but majority of your customer complaints are about the store manager and staff. Thats embarrassing, you really need to revamp your customer service approach and marketing towards potential new hires because the 2 star review about your business is enough to make everyone searching the brand name run in the other direction.

I appreciate the honesty when shopping! She definitely knows her fashion and is so sweet and friendly!
