Alaina B It had been a long time since I visited Circles, probably about 12-13 years. I had gained a lot of weight and have now started losing it, but Ive been nervous about buying nice clothes, both because Im afraid I wont fit into anything and because I dont want to buy really nice pieces that I really like that will end up too big within a season, and then Ive wasted the money. However, I was sick of buying cheap stuff online and decided to come in today and see what would fit me. The woman who helped me was so wonderful and was excited right along with me every time I found something I liked that fit. She picked out tons of options for me and I ended up buying five pairs of jeans, two pairs of shoes, and four shirts. I didnt have a budget and was fully prepared to spend a significant amount, but to my surprise almost everything was on sale because its the end of the summer season. Im so happy with everything I could just cry, and Ill be back there at the end of the month when they get their fall items in.

She handled my exchange right away with no questions asked and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Her positive attitude and genuine care made a big difference. I would honestly give her a 10 out of 10—if I could give a 20, I would! She’s not just a great employee, but a truly great person. Thank you for such excellent customer service!

patty theis I love this small business, woman owner store. The owners are almost always there & so helpful & honest with their knowledge fashion. Whichever one does the buying has a great eye. I never leave without buying multiple items for myself & my daughter…but that’s me.
